What is the form of payment?
Standard payment is always made in cash. No checks, no stipends, no visa cards. Our customers always receive cash on the spot.
How much do I get paid?
It depends on the karat of your pieces, the weight of your pieces, and current spot-market prices. Our prices are updated daily (sometimes hourly!) so you can be assured you receive fair market value. We consistently beat pawn shop, jewelry store, mail-in, and other competitor’s prices.
Do you buy damaged or broken items?
Yes! We buy all types of gold, silver, or platinum in any condition – broken, damaged, and unwanted.
Where is my nearest location?
For the location nearest you, please use our store locator or call 1-877-922-7480
What do I need to bring with me before I sell?
As long as you are over the age of 18, all you need is a valid government-issued photo I.D. and your precious metals. It’s that easy!
Are there any items you don’t buy?
Any items that are hallmarked or tested as gold plated, rolled gold, electroplated, ‘copies’, or costume jewelry. These are some of the hallmarks and abbreviations on items we can’t buy:
KT GP = “Gold Plated” or “Plum”
KT GF = “Gold Filled”
KT GEP = “Gold Electroplated”
AVON, MONET or Roman = “Costume Jewelry”
HGE = “Heavy Gold Electroplate”
RGP = “Rolled Gold Plated” or “Gold Overlay”
What are your hours of operation?
All of our stores operate under mall hours. Give us a call at 1-877-922-7480 and we’ll be glad to tell you what times your local malls (and our stores) are open.
Why is a fingerprint necessary?
Your fingerprint is required by law. This is a Department of Justice requirement that was put in place as a preventive measure against illegal activity.
